Before your scheduled installation, please make sure you've purchased and received all required lighting components and installation materials. Depending on your system, this may include:

Customer-Supplied Products
Desert Star does not provide a product warranty on customer-supplied lighting systems. Lights, controllers, power supplies, connectors, and other customer-provided components remain subject to their manufacturer's applicable warranty terms. Product defects, replacement components, and manufacturer warranty claims remain the customer's responsibility.
Customer-Selected Mounting Methods
Desert Star does not guarantee the long-term performance of installation methods or mounting materials selected or supplied by the customer. All requested installation methods are subject to our review and approval. We reserve the right to decline installation methods or products that we determine are unsafe, unsuitable, incompatible, or otherwise inappropriate for the project.
Limited Workmanship Warranty
Crew For Hire projects include limited workmanship coverage as defined in the written installation agreement. This coverage is separate from product warranties and does not extend to customer-supplied product failures, defective components, or the inherent performance limitations of customer-selected installation methods and materials.

No. Product warranty claims and defective customer-supplied components remain the customer's responsibility. Limited workmanship coverage is defined in the written installation agreement.
Can you install the lights using the mounting method I choose?
We will review your requested installation method. Desert Star does not guarantee the long-term performance of customer-selected mounting methods or materials and reserves the right to decline unsuitable methods.
